1) were hydrated enough? (make sure you drink atleast 1.5 to 3L of water)
2) were you rested enough before exercising?
3) do you or family has migraine?
4) were you on medication on that particular day?
when one over exerts; causes the blood vessels to swell; hence some do experience it, which not uncommon.
Apart from that, DL may be the right person to answer or check with local Dr if the problem persist.
