Bloody malware and adware. I tried Spybot Search and Destroy, AdAware, Anvi AD Blocker, Anvi Smart Defender, IObit Malware Fighter... and it says no threats detected. Yet I see this and AdYieldManager all the time...

How about trying this:
Add ad.yieldmanager.com to your HOSTS file. The HOSTS file is found at: C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc Add the following entry: 127.0.0.1 ad.yieldmanager.com Or alternatively, you can download SpywareBlaster. Its not a spyware/ adware removal tool, but it prevents the blacklisted threats from its database from being installed on your PC. This post has been edited by UserU: Mar 11 2013, 03:57 PM |

Ooophs, I try to download SpywareBlaster but it says TrialPay is not available in Malaysia, unless I want to buy outright.
(Ooophhhs, it's the link on the left, not the one on the right! Downloading now.) This post has been edited by ekompute: Mar 11 2013, 05:48 PM |

Could it be that your account has UAC(User Access Control) enabled? To find out, simply follow the guide here:http://www.mydigitallife.info/how-to-disab...c-in-windows-7/ If its enabled, disable it. |
