HOW TO BUY?
1. Find anything you want from US websites... eg Amazon, Ebay (sorry we don't do bidding, ONLY BUY NOW option for now) or ANY US merchants
2. Fill in this Enquiry form
3. We will respond to you with a quote within 24 - 48 hours via email
4. Once the quote is agreed, we will proceed to invoice you, also via email
5. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the invoice. We will only place the order on the merchant website once payment is cleared.
6. We will notify once item(s) arrived and we have checked it's in OK condition. If you select PosLaju, postage will be done the next business day and tracking number will be provided. For self collect at KL Festival City, Setapak you can find the map here. Please set appointment 24 hours beforehand. Please provide ample notice if you need to cancel the appointment. I will do that myself if I have to cancel for any unforeseen reason.
