Any idea how to do it?

I have change my country to US and install it, but it failed, the apple id setting show my country still malaysia even i change it many many times.

You need to register a US iTunes ID to be able to access the US App Store and download google maps, I think. Not just change your iPad's settings or the address in your current Malaysian Apple ID. Google it for more info.

I have google here and there. I have key us address, change to us store, disable location service, change timezone to new york, still didnt works, when i check again it will back to malaysia store.

I created new ID, ask for me credit card, it has to be fill in, there is no none as option loke my previous ID. I need to google again to how to register without credit card.

Apple now aday sucks, their map is not updated and not accurate like google map, When apple cant create a better map apps, why dont they just remain the old one.

I just changed last month and it worked well. Just get a correct US address and update your profile (I did it via web).

After jailbreak, use 3rd party App Store and download google maps.
It's the iPhone version but still better than apple maps in my opinion.
