Looks really impressive. Even more impressive is the price of the shop lots. Someone bought a corner 4 storey unit for 10m! Must be the highest ever for a newly launched commercial development in the country.

Suspect the buyers are those who have made a ton from following Samling or they are so rich, don't know where to spread their dough so might as well dump into these. Having said that, DPC has been setting the benchmark for their homes coz of their innovative concept. Mind you, the calcs is only based on the unit which costs 10m. What about the one which is going to be the Mother of all Shop lot ie 20m? Maybe got to invite guys like Andy Lau to perform once a week...respect notworthy.gif
