Yeahh, Arcadia is seriously very impressive.

But, corner lot for only 10mil? I was told the intermediate begins from RM 7.8 mil ++, so RM 10mil for a corner lot with extra land size should be extra ordinary deal.

Hmm, I think RM 10mil is not the highest ever for a newly launch shop-lot in the country. If not mistaken, I heard several shop-lots at Da Men were sold at RM 12mil and RM 14mil.

IMHO, probably the Westside One and Two's location was not central like Northshore Gardens, being a border of DPC itself and facing the plot of land for primary school.

Honestly, If I am going to buy a highrise at DPC, I would pick Northshore Gardens, being central and directly next to the park & lake, walking distance it and to the mall, over sight the air view without much blocking and not near school, furthermore, my honest feeling told me that Northshore Gardens facade seems a bit better than Westside ... hehhehee, wait it completion first.

I think can. Or u may tag up with some taikors here who wanted to buy only Grd Flr and 1st Flr, so you a can enjoy the en bloc discount as well.

Very hard to say but maybe got 1-2 owners willing to drop price to dispose it soon. If the owner is early buyer from PPC, I think RM 2m or RM 1.8m is also a decent deal or profit for him.

In this case, Casaman should be even worsen.
