Not goin to help at current econ. It ll depend on its performance in next 3yrs after vp.

Onli breezeway ll enjoy beta occupancy thru rental. The rest won't b having any great appreciation or beta rental rate. Even breezeway ll not hav beta rental. Early day buyers ll likely hav enuf to cover repayment with current rental rate.

In subsales it's vely subjective. Most houses under 1 project ll hav no significant difference vs the neighbour unit which translate to competition when there are more trying to dispose at the same time. They r still homogeneous product apart fr onli few which hav fantastic facing. And many won't pay for tat fantastic facing.

I can c the near future is for bungalow land seekers. But price won't b cheap.

Of cos high chansi tenants in zenia ll leave. But not all. In fact I hav seen 2 zenia tenants actually moved to ws2 laugh.gif

Not all likey commi activity wan especially some teacher tenants who dun wish to be trapped in tis part where the school is just opposite arcadia.

Will casaman be another great option??? No idea. Every parcel has own unique selling points. Zenia actually provide more greenery than casaman for now. And nearer to central park. Many parents likey the park as it's convenience for them to bring kids over. Adora adiva nadia oso give a cheaper options for those who luv park. Reckon not necessary have to get closer to online commi. Nadia is in the middle of both within 100m to park and waterfront, 300m to arcadia.

Designs are subjective to every indi preference. If u hav gone thru all landed designs in dpc fr day 1 til their mansion, u ll surely notice the similarity for internal designs. External wise is for them to name the project n price the product la.

Arcadia vp tis yr. Waterfront ll b around for now as Tenant renewed TA on yrly basis now. They can tear down anytime since its 1 yr tenancy. But doubt ll b so soon. Probably stay for at least another 2 or 3 yrs.
