Would you all agree that the selling price for the SoHo units will be around 1k/sqft and upwards?

This SOHO is really high keras lifestyle living atas Kedai.

Correct me if i am wrong... No facilities like multipurpose hall, meeting room, pool etc for SOHO?

Dun think anyone will stop u from using it as office usage.

Is this a schedule H project? If yes of course no one will/can stop you to use it as resi.

But my first question is does the SOHO comes with facilities? And if no, I wonder whether how would be ppl's reception on it. Not sure so far any strata residential in Malaysia that comes without any facilities.

guess most of the soho units will be use as office, for the size vs rental, tenants rather rent it at westside or nadia.

Damansara Avenue ground floor reserved by developer. Ground floor doing OK, else better for own use.

Just to share with you that notice of VP has been received. This is for block H.

I am lucky to be on the owner side here 

For that fellow , only properties he can 抽水 are limited edition.

Arcadia will do well in my opinion also , a lot of people including myself are looking forward to it. There is a big gap for middle upper commercial area in this part of LDP and the demand is big enough.

Anyone here is landlord  for a-2-5 , ready good quality tenant. Need fast....

Boss mind to share what bad news is that? So far what I know of is most of the office units are without window 😅 so cannot get sunlight, I guess they are finding ways to remedy this, let see how it goes. Anyway soho units are fine, very high ceiling & bright bright.
