i was suffering morning sickness during 1st trimester, doctor's advice is eat what ever you want. i eat lot's of fruit and vegetable, to reduce difficulty of poop >.<
referring to above post, i do eat banana, but not during 1st trimester, because since it easily get "wind", it tend to make my morning sickness worse...
after 1st trimester till now, i'm drinking half glass of milk every morning together with fish oil capsule (brand: neurograin), calsium tablet and ferum tablet given by doctor.
i'm still continue taking lot's of fruit and vegetable and my baby's weight gain is normal. For me, I gain weight 8KG in 8 months =)
some ppl said don't eat pineapple, or sushi... but sometimes, i still eat...
