they always got "new" piston, lol

the latest piston that kenny and i using, dont have wat teflon or rubber surrounding the piston, only metal to metal

currently front no sound...only rear got sound...need to have it check again...

metal to metal is good, but if the diameter not match, very loud kruk kruk sound loh.

so far mine okay, no performance yet

(performance = sound according to jack)

One has to go beyond conventional wisdom to sort out noise issue, metal to metal contact clearance, in between a layer of oil? Sounds far-fetched.. but that piston is not doing 2000 rpm! No combustion chamber anywhere near!

NZH sure got balls of steel. hmmm....may be i have to opt for the same when the bloody glug kuk sounds returns

Bro, since the 7th March, my last trip to Titan, no sounds yet. Me no bump stopper like NZH punya, but got hard nylon piston rings. That new piston story all myth only la. May be at best, Titan install different pistons with tighter clearance/tolerance to minimse loose contacts, hence lesser vibrations and noises.

As i said earlier, Titan has a heart to settle noise issues. Go la bro, talk to Richard to settle your issues
