Its all JDM meter ... JDM stands for JAPAN DOMESTIC MARKET ... and the ECU are all limited to 187 km/h ..
for GTR ... (R35) ... the build in GPS system will unlock the speed limit if the car is driven into a race track ..

i think TOP GEAR geremy clakson also mention it before .. in local street .. it max out at 187 .. but once enter track .. it will release the speed limit ..
