Note series is much better than Sx on samsung galaxy, looking at pentile vs. non-pentile, 1GB RAM vs. 2GB RAM, 2100mAh vs. 3100mAh, SW features, etc (S3 vs. N2).

on gaming performance, i played NFS most wanted side by side with nexus 4, i noticed the frame drop in N2, nexus 4 is smoother. snapdragon is better but maybe i am wrong

the shop should fix for you free if still under warranty, else u can go to the consumer association to claim your right, normally the shop don't want to mess with those association people. but negotiate with the shop first, if u threaten them on that, they might cause more problem to your phone. if they don't wanna settle, you can find other shop to fix for you, then claim from them with the consumer association, if you have the receipt with you, you will win.
