Note2 price dropping everyday... Now at RM1699...

Luckily sold S3 at 1.3k before CNY. Now top up a bit can buy phablet... undecided... S4? Note2?

Bought Note2 already. I like the S series but I hate Samsung for not standardizing their Memo app. I did at first have a lot of memo in SMemo which then was upgraded to SNote. When I have my Note to my mom, I was left without access to my Notes as S series only had SMemo. Not a choice really, more like timing.

Top up RM400 after selling my subsidized S3 not bad. Just like signing two year for RM1399.

Is it not the price drop which makes you feel like wanting to buy one instead?

Note2 has never been the ultimate smartphone even during its launching. Samsung couldn't wait for A15 and therefore it had to used the quad A9 which is already on a losing side to S4 Pro. The only thing that make it stands out is the whole experience of apps surrounding the use of S Pen which of course, wouldn't matter to you if you are just a casual smartphone user.

Just wait for S4 because you are in for the next generation architecture in terms of raw processing power plus.

Finding Note2 stylus extra sensitivity bad for writing S Note. It felt so ugly unless you press down harder to get it uniform.

Outside already selling at 1899 and now 1699. I bought one already, although from DirectD. Shop is like that one. One hand wanna clear a bit stock so that can focus on newer upcoming phone and reduce risks. If you read the garage sale, all selling between 1699-1788 now.

Just a sale tactic. They have so many walk in customers that they can sell at higher price hence higher profit. DirectD whiteboard also say 1899 for SME but the price I bought is not. I sell u 1.8K also can. LOL...

I think we will see a big influx of Note2 user these two week. Price dropped again... 1660 latest... nice...

Why are you so angry my friend? You already know these greedy people get all their phone for the same price regardless of colours. Just that they think we would pay more for brighter colours like white or pink.

I rather buy the grey as a way to protest.

I don't really feel Samsung is great. I don't really own anything that Samsung makes except for smartphones.

I would point the gun at Qualcomm and Texas Instruments. Qualcomm was late to the A9 party, so do TI. Samsung was largely unchallenged when it comes to soc supremacy. On top of that, there's Super AMOLED Plus and how it was the only phone that plays all those video format without a hitch nor does it requires any party software.

Now, I would say it's more open and definitely more challenging for them ever since Qualcomm released Krait based soc. S4 will definitely determine if Samsung still appealing to consumers or otherwise. Only Note series still unchallenged due to the inclusion of S Pen.
