Hi guys I want to ask I got a new note 2 from my friend. Inside the phone i found the SKMM sticker (Sirim?) and warranty by Branstar mobile city.

I found it weird that the charger is a 2 pin china type one (not round). So this means mine is AP set from China? Is it usable?

To be honest I'm kinda tempted to jump to Xperia Z... Though the battery capacity is much smaller than Note II's but the battery seems to last quite long. I'm impressed...

I'm currently using stock samsung rom and have setup everything including calendar events, contact, apps, etc. After reading from the forum, I am planning to flash Omega rom but before I do that,  I would like to understand the following

1. The latest omega rom is v13 which is based on MB4. My phone show as MB2. Can I flash MB4 rom to MB2?

2. Since I have setup everything on my stock rom, before I flash the new rom,  can I clone the whole phone so that I can restore back to original state in the event that I do not want to use omega rom?

1. After flashing the rom, I believe everything will be wipe out, right? Can I use titanium backup to restore all my apps, sms, call log, contact, calendar event, alarm, settings, etc?

2. If I have nandroid backup, I can restore back to original stock rom state (everything will looks the same as before), right

I am a little worry that all data will be gone since this is the first time I'm doing rom flashing.

No wonder the wife's Whatsapp looked very Holo-ish.

UV would not safe u much. S2 is a 1.2ghz dual core phone and it can run 4.1.2 very smoothly. So similarly you can also UC to 1.2 ghz and trust me u will safe alot of battery. Tried it before then i realise i did not buy a 1.6 ghz phone just to run it at 1.2 ghz. 

Guys, are there any backup apps other that TB? Using the free-version, need to press 'install' on every app that I restore...quite troublesome. I know TB Pro has the option to auto click but hoping for a sale period only I buy..now expensive

Personally I prefer Waze over Sygic and Papago..however, Waze require data connection in order to work..so as alternative, I use Papago M9
