Bro, does that mean today we could download the game as the server time for Singapore is 9pm 11march and mean we could play the game as early as 9pm tonight?

keep my finger cross, hope blizzard wont screw up the launch. Cant wait to start wiping human race.
Global play just started recently. I guess it a good move from blizzard as gamer does not need to choose which region to purchase the game for.

IIRC, from WoL's 12GB (patch 2.0.5), you need 3GB more.

Yes, HotS SEA server goes live at 9:01pm tonight.

SC2 officially went Global at the start of patch 2.0.5, however many players (myself included) were able to access other servers as early as the first week of January this year.

if i upgrade digital from battle.net and let the launcher 100% update itself then ok already?
or do i need to login once?

It will background download for you after u launch the game. I think around 6gb. I just finished downloaded last week

You can know by click the connection information at top left of the launcher.

I think just let launcher update itself. the server will close for maintenance before the launch. I guess after the launch you will be able to log in immediately.
Btw, better buy early for the digital version as I worry the order is still pending for completion and prevent you from playing after the game is launch.

If you already have WOL installed in your system, It will auto update itself to hots when you launch WOL.

To check : go to program files/ starcraft2 / updates / SC2_HotS_20_BGDL / there should be few files there round 5 gigs.

aaaah thanks. i forgot to update it yesterday before i go to sleep.
bcos my sc2 launcher got some problems last week, i.e. feels like cannot update etc so i just chucked it aside.

Launched SC2. Launcher is optimizing files again. Signs that an upgrade is imminent.

Maybe it's downloading some last minute bugfix patches for HotS

fak, suddenly felt hard to kill the time waiting for it to lanuch. 3hrs 30mins more to go.

Guys i purchase digital combo early this year. So i will just let it patch at 9pm will do? if not. how to upgrade to HOTS ?

Currently battlenet is down. Hope it be up by 9pm.
