Details of the complaint : I would like to make a complain here about this seller wei988 or a.k.a. Eric Siew Joo Wei.

I find this seller is very unreliable and one shall exercise great caution when dealing with this guy. This guy lie through his teeth.

I bought this iPhone 4 for at the negotiated price of RM550 considering the damage to the screen. I did enquire where did he get the original housing and he said that it's from his friend who operates a phone repair shop.

After banking in the money, the seller promised to send the phone within a week. A week passed and it didn't came. When I asked for a tracking code he gave plenty of excuses. Left the slip in the office lah, send to a wrong address lah.. After I asked for a refund and call off the sale only then he quickly send the phone to me.

Well, my ordeal doesn't end there. The phone indeed arrived, minus the original housing. When I enquired about the housing he said it's coming directly from the shop. After 2 weeks, it still did not arrive. I asked him again when he is going to send the housing. Then he said please wait, the housing he already ordered and coming from CHINA (he forgot that that he told me a lie that he got the casing from his friend)

So I waited for a month and it didn't came. So I offered to him to refund me RM50 and I will get my own housing and consider the deal done. He said ok but until today (3 months) I still did not get any refund in spite of his repeated promise to bank in the money tomorrow.

So my advise to all people to deal with this guy carefully. I have all the screenshots and messages that have been traded back and forth, so anyone who doesn't believe me can PM me and I will gladly send you all the screenshots -including the photo of this guy in real life!

I have been trading in this forum for many years, and this is my first time meeting such a blatant liar that doesn't honor his sale fully.

After I opened a complaint thread here... wei988 has already refunded me the RM50 and I consider it case closed. Still I wish wei988 would have been quick to respond to action in-spite my repeated request and final warning that I would post a complaint here. Else we could have avoided these fiasco and such thread would not appear... and remained on the cyberspace forever. Peace.
