Im gonna get one of this phone
Htc butterfly,htc one, xperia z,xperia zl, iphone 5

I want htc one but its too long
So i decided to get iphone 5 and sell it after htc one release because iphone resale value is high compared to other phone
Or maybe xpz ..reason i dont choose xpz because i know there will be price cut alot after few months

Suggest me pls..
