wp8 is gooding? never use this os before.

1. Brand = Any (Prefer Android OS)
2. Budget = RM1200 +/-
3. Specs = good processor, good for browsing, no games at all, good display resolution, best bang for the buck.
4. Type/Size = touchscreen / size more or less s4

I would like to buy phone for my father, kindly suggest me phone that meet the requirement. i do made research but still unsure which one to choose. since every phones got pro and cons.

screen size preferably 4.5-5 inch.
