need recommendation of smartphone :

1. Brand - Any tablet
2. Budget - RM 500 +-
3. Specs - Android, Must have LTE

*want to use phone as broadband modem to my desktop.

My needs very simple. I need cheapest smartphone that can run 4G LTE all band. Suppost to be fast internet connection, maybe CAT4? or anything can suggest me. About brand, batery life, screen, or other else not my priority.
