1. Brand: Nokia Asha series maybe? (others model are welcome)
2. Budget: RM200 more or less
3. Spec: Good Battery Life (the more days last for the better), Decent Rear Camera (below 5MP), maybe bigger screen easier to see text?

Well, actually previously thought of getting an smartphone(touchscreen) for my mom but it would be a waste if end up she doesnt know to full use of it.
Now she still using conventional T9 button type like those Nokia 3310 generation(but got color and camera). So now thought of getting Nokia Asha type for her.

Any recommendation for Asha phone or others?

that one looks good too, I go check out the design and spec listed by you first.

My choice will be:
Motorola Moto G
XiaoMi RedMi
HuaWei G700

Sounds like another unknown UFO brand from China. Not worth, 512RAM with 4GB ROM, you will cry later.

The biggest problem here is the 4GB ROM and 512RAM. You might face few problem after couple month of using like below:
Keep pop up low on memory, asking you to delete your call log, your sms, your whatapp msg, or you might even sudden quit from browsing facebook(unless you facebook through browser) because official facebook app drain a lot RAM, or you might even quit your candy crush games in the middle of playing.

All you need to do is double confirm how many RAM and ROM is available out of the box. Trust me, I have plenty of friend of mine never listen to my advice just because of saving RM100-200 buying 4GB ROM device, but end up doesn't looks good.

8GB (with expandable memory) + 1GB RAM
or
16GB (non-expandable memory) + 1GB RAM

above is the minimum requirement.
