simple phone for web browsing calling messaging notes

brand:most probably nokia, htc samsung and others will do
budget: about Rm1000 below
size/type:size of htc wildfire or bigger/ touchscreen
specs: does not lag that much

i have been looking at the Lumia 620. looks nice.

i like the huawei Ascend P1. design and specifications wise, its very cool.
im not familiar with the brand though. is it good?
