My Nokia 6030 died today. Only a 2+ months away from reaching 8 years of use. Was planning to replace it in 2017.

Honestly, I dunno what to buy. I prefer something durable and rugged that can withstand accidental drops, rain and outdoors environment.

Currently interested in Sony Experia E1. Please suggest some similarly priced alternatives that can accept a Mini-Sim (normal size 2FF) card.

Today, I disassembled the phone; Cleaned the contacts on the PCB with contact cleaner and the Nokia 3060 is now working fine again.

I'll postpone my purchase for now.
