hi guys... need some help here... im going to buy new smartphone soon but im confused which smartphone to buy.. and this is my first time going for smartphone..

brand: nokia (lumia 920) or samsung (note 2)
budget:rm1.8k
specs: since its 2 different OS, i want the smoother and good display

The things that i like in lumia 920 is
1) good and smooth display
2) best camera
3) durability ( i think nokia is well known for their long lasting product)
4) size is suitable to carry everywhere
5) attractive color

the issue for me for this model is

1) lack of application ( sometimes i need to play games and browsing)

for note 2:

1) many features and application

the issue:

1) quite big for me and hard to carry anywhere. very2 afraid if i drop it.

btw i seldom change my phone, the current 1 im using is almost for 5 years until now.haha.

1 more thing, both device have quite similar price for now..

so any suggestion..??

note 2 over your budget
so get s3
yet, the skmm is base on retail price = 2299 - 200 = 2099

Greetings to all forumers,.

1. Brand : Nokia / Sony / Samsung
2. Budget : RM 900 / RM 1100 (included PKB)
3. Specs : 8GB internal memory (minimum) / GPS / Offline Maps / WiFi / rarely gaming / long-lasting battery /
front camera available
4. Type/Size : 4" or bigger screen / thinner as posible / not-so-curve design

My first option is Nokia Lumia 820 because i interested with Windows Phone 8, and also its all specs suits me enough.
But i heard that the wireless connection automatically turn off as the screen switches off or when the user locks the phone. Its give me a setback because i would like to stay online with whatsapp and facebooking. hmm.gif

And if i have to go for Android phone, i would like Sony comes first. Please give your thought. icon_question.gif

Hi guys, I am currently deciding between iPhone 5 and SGN2. But I still have few doubts on which to get. Currently using iPhone 4S.

1) Which is more future-proof? I'm planning to use it for at least 1.5 years.
2) Does the 2GB ram of SGN2 make up for the device smoothness? Such as home screen swiping. I've tested at Samsung store and I find it a little bit sluggish. It is due to the tasks running in the background and it takes up most of the resource?
