1. Brand: Nokia, Samsung, Sony
2. Budget: Max ~ RM 1000 - 1500
3. Specs.: WiFi, 3G, Good Camera (more than 5 MP, am glad if get Carl Zeiss), Whatsapp, LINE, WeChat, Twitter, GMail, push email
4. Type/Size. : Can fit in palm, don't want too big like Galaxy Note, touchscreen or keypad doesn't matter

May I know the cheapest phone to use for VoIP (Skype, Viber etc)?

If u emphasize on good camera & Carl Zeiss, Lumia 920 all the way.
Or else can consider Nexus 4 too. Sony Xperia T is also not bad, if affordable, Xperia Z

2.Budget : Max RM 1300
3.Specs : Good Camera, good processor, have big memory as well.
4. Type/Size : Not sure, any i guess.

I've considered Sony Xperia SP to buy, but i heard it only has 8gb memory and currently no method to transfer the apps to the external SD card. I'm here to ask sifus here if, i should proceed buying the Xperia SP (i really liked it) or do i need to buy/consider others as well.
