Brand: So far, I've only looked at Samsung because I it is more mainstream but open to any stable reliable brand suggestion

Budget: RM1k +/-RM100 (approximately)
Specs: 4.3 (preferably) / 4.7 inch

I've got my eyes on nexus 5 and ip5s, but some says the main problem of nexus 5 is low battery life,

Do consider the Ace 3 LTE, cheapest phone to have LTE even thou the screen size doesn't meet your demands.

need recommendation of windows OS tablet

Need a fon/device for email/FB/whatapps and dun lags cause my Note1 on FB App always "out of memory"

3) Dual sim ~ one for internet & one for voice

Prefer iOs but I believe its impossible for Dual SIM, I have used iP4 before and it was okay as FB dun give me the problem that Note1 is giving now ~ out of memory

Thinking of getting a iPad mini but that dun support dual sim too and cant make calls

4. Type/Size: > 4.3" display, long battery life (while tethering)
It's secondary phone for web browsing and tethering.
Not laggy would be nice. If Android, popular enough to have 3rd party ROM to address laggy stock firmware is ok... 

Does such a phone exist?

Currently I am looking at Moto G, not sure about the battery life though. From reviews over the net, I am not sure if Nexus 5 battery life is enough for my daily usage. I dont like to bring powerbank.
