speaking of CPU, how big of a difference will there be between dual-core 1.6Ghz (Zenfone 5) and quad-core 1.2Ghz (Zenfone Go)?
I don't really play games on my phone btw.

You mean Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 on the LTE version of the Zenfone 5? Alright, since you want to know how does MT6580 fares with Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 and Intel Atom Z2560, I think I can explain a little bit. All three is designed based on the A7 architecture: far outdated compared to A53. Which also mean all of them employs 32-bit, also outdated. Speaking of multi-core performance, I think the Snapdragon 400 is in par with MT6580. The Atom Z2560 is not too far behind, but not too comparable though.

Priority of smoothness and decent internal storage to install multiple apps. Others are not too much concern. Thanks

came from note 1 note 2 to current lenovo s930

charging port is loose and serves me well for 10months lol, i like it because big screen and good battery (sort of) because i usually do my rounds playing game and the dolby speaker is good.. sometimes the app crash alot and restart itself doh.gif

lazy wan do repair so now probably eyeing something similar, but currently/mostly people talk about redmi note 2, honor 7, etc similar.. checked out samsung A8 not bad since screen is big enough, honor 7 seems small, and few similar ones like oppo and htc.. cant get my head to decide.. if all else fail i might splurge out more to get flagship note 5 lol

The A8 makes a good statement with a good screen but with BS performance in daily use. But regardless of that, it did okay on gaming and sound quality. Just don't put it from the back.

The Honor 7, on the contrary of what people say it's good, is upside-down BS. The sound quality and the battery life is good, but avoid it for gaming.

The Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro is ideal for its 6.0 inch screen, good pixel density, good battery life and flagship-grade audio, but this might be a little of a problem in gaming.

Maybe I think the Vibe Z2 Pro would make a good fit for you, since there's some price drop there.

This thread has reached way beyond 2500 posts. Time to close and open a new version.
Else, it will interrupt the server load.

Yeah, you're right. 183 pages on the thread. I can help to open up a new version if I need to albeit being just 3 months on LYN.

My only concern: Not sure if anyone will approve it. And also for the previous contributors as well. I'm never good at implementing stuff.
