Wow, I'm surprised someone caught Ace Siren already. I guess this round most newer players have better luck than the seniors. Even myself after finishing up all my 12 free SHT from multiple Id still couldn't get any 5*. I'm very hesistant to buy coins because of this.

Anyway, out of boredom I checked out these new FFV and see which of them can tip the balance of the game. So far, only analyzed two:

ODIN

Frankly, I never played FFV before, but I've met Odin countless number of times throughout FF series. Top 5 summons apart from Shiva and Ifrit. At reborn Ace, his maxed stats are:
HP 4725
ATK 4116
DEF 4079
AGI 4439
His best skillsets are:
DEF+20%, physical+4, ATK+25%.

Hands down, the new fastest non-bordered guardian in this game. Bye bye Barbie, bye bye Marco. overall, Odin is the opposite of Golbez. Massive ATK, average WIS with sonic speed and decent skillset. Thankfully, he isn't OP like the other older guardians (Morrighan still the most OP). He doesn't have QS, no Last Stand and though his physical damage may bring down a lot of guardians via ohko, some will still survive his onslaught especially the almightys. No, none of the normal cards would be able to survive his damage (I think), but the almightys that would normally survive him are Xmas Banshee, Golbez, S. Bird, Behemoth. There are other almightys that could still survive Odin's physical hit, but the ones I mentioned are the notable Elite favourites.

To use him, its probably not advised to place him in the first slot, mainly because he will always lose to Almighty Lamia and Almighty V. Specter. Although I'm quite sure he will win against a RB Ace/Sonic Barbie/Marco, I think he will lose against a RB Ace Morrighan. Also, Odin doesn't have LS nor QS, so that makes him an individual player. Place him somewhere in the middle or last five spots to disrupt enemy's flow. Hopefully, if he meet guardians like Rubicante, Ettin, Shiva or the likes or LS guardians such as Atlas, Nuada or Thor, he can take them out properly (not tested/proven).
I forgot to add this, but I think a RB Ace Odin has better defensive quality than a RB Ace Golbez. And because of that, I believe he is also a suitable candidate for the last spot. He may even be able to tank a Frenzied Jugg's QS, and perhaps even a Maniacal Jugg's QS. (really wish I could test this)

So overall:

DURABILITY: 10/10
STRENGTH: 9/10
SPEED: 10/10
MAGIC: 6/10

SIDE NOTE: I wouldn't consider making a Sonic Odin despite his massive speed. He doesn't have QS to boot and despite being faster than Morrgihan, Odin could still only hit once before Morrighan's turn. Its also useless against alm sonic lamia and v. specter, they're still faster compared to a sonic odin.

Ahh, how did I missed that? Thanks for the correction. I suppose that means a sonic barbie could probably take out Odin 1 vs 1. Is just enforcing my opinion that Odin isn't suitable to go up agaisnt the speed demons in the first spot. Although I doubt you meet amy RB Sonic Barbie in the top ranks, but if she does exist, my guess is that she'd be placed in the first slot.

I'm doing a review on Shiryu now, and frankly I rate it higher than Odin.

Huh? ALM Dom can't OHKO your Golbez?
The Wis quite high wor. Even my ace shiva rb also can OHKO ALM Golbez wor.

Odin can't withstand jugger's QS is normal.
I think only a few that jugger can't OHKO. 2 that I know is ALM Pumpkin Titan & Bold ALM S.Bird.

alm behe at 3rd p- 4th position is something i hate the most !! always tank a few hit or take down 2 of mine .. disrupt my whole deck flow .. zzzzzzz

Yup, alm Behe fails big time against speed elemental/Death. But even against alm Golbez he'll still lose.

Meeting a lot of our members along the elite. WSK710 at 72nd position, Last Wolf at 74th position, jkleejk also somewhere there. Dem, you guys really good. A lot of alm Dominion this week, and most people place him in first lineup. Too bad his magic isn't very strong.

I usually place an Almighty Golbez in my first slot, and everytime I met a Morrighan, golbez sure wins against it. But there was one opponent I met just now, killed my alm Gombez using his Morrighan. I was quite shocked. Didn't manage to catch the animation, but I think his morrighan was using a magic skill. Totally weird, but amazingly it works. Didn't meet too many new FFV cards but seems like the common ones are Odin and Siren, rarely meet Omega but NONE was using a Shiryu, which to me I think is a decent card. Siren is quite a gamechanger. I hate meeting her in the first slot, because my alm Golbez will always lose to a Death. My next card in line is Morrighan, but even she will lose to Siren, especially when her Revive works. So I usually already lose to a Siren deck early in the battle.

i know a member here caught an Ace Siren. My suggestion, wait till coli ends to trade her off. She'll be highly sought after. Its not impossible to trade her with two good aces plus one decent type I should think.
I m now using alm golbez as starter work fine till now. So didn't meet siren shinryu or omega... Met Odin most of the time, to me Odin is not as good as it is... Coz he dun Hv combo skill so it s work alone like Anubisz... Omega, shin n siren maybe better coz Hv SD or revive...
