It's because of lack of exposure after spm.

The first diploma I got is IT from mmu Melaka.grad,and work for 6 month,but didn't likethe working environment.

So,I ventured into something more interesting,which is aviation.went for courses for about 2 years plus for mechanical and avionics,no turning back since then.

Definitely help in terms of scoring interviews,

Within one year I received about 20 interview invites and 5 job offers.

Most of the companies that called is small time company but there are big companies like MSC, Public Bank, Hyundai, Khazanah, Petronas, standard charterred, RHB, CiMB and Maersk calling for interview.

But to score with these big compaines requires lots of preparation and experience. Cause it will be tough to handle.
