Bermula jam 8 malam hingga 4 pagi tadi, telah berlaku kejadian tembak menembak di kawasan operasi yang mana 2 pegawai pasukan keselamatan telah mengalami kecederaan akibat ditembak oleh pihak penceroboh. Setakat ini tiada kematian dilaporkan dikedua-dua belah pihak.

Jumlah tangkapan setakat hari ini, seramai 85 orang penceroboh telah ditangkap dan semua tangkapan disiasat di bawah Seksyen 130c (1) (a) Kanun Keseksaan dibaca bersama Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012.

Kawasan di Lahad Datu telah beransur pulih dan pihak PDRM menasihatkan kepada orang ramai agar tidak percaya kepada khabar-khabar angin yang tersebar.
