look at some of new ipos, ABM now below ipo price, same goes for aax, ....ranhill cancel their ipo plan,
due to current market situation, i dont think sona can fly high this coming tuesday.. somemore ,,.. Sona Petroleum's six cornerstone investors will not be subject to a moratorium unlike the management team which are subjet to.... so the cornerstone could just abandon ship on day 1... correct me if i'm wrong... |

I don't think the cornerstone will abandon the ship cox they aren't getting any discount at all. They would have done their due diligence before entering this investment, moreover SPAC kind of investment is a medium to long terms plan ...
looking forward to listing date and my abalone meal is still intact .. my 2 cents QUOTE(xuexueli @ Jul 29 2013, 10:03 AM) look at some of new ipos, ABM now below ipo price, same goes for aax, ....ranhill cancel their ipo plan, due to current market situation, i dont think sona can fly high this coming tuesday.. somemore ,,.. Read somewhere (could not remember where), upon maturity, the warrant is able to purchase the mother at 0.35sen......will that mean mother 0.35, son err..daughter 0.15.???

My quick calculation of the fair breakup should be ... Mother 0.425 and Warrant 0.075 based on 0.35 conversion price |
