I just purchase HOS yesterday but when I log in it still display starter edition. I already log a ticket to Bliz, just wonder anyone here face same problem with me?

basically Starter Edition is not a full version of WoL.
means get a full version of wol first, and hots is still not launched yet bro |

Did you pay using credit card ? if so look under transaction history under bnet account management. It should write there complete.
If the status is still pending, then you need to wait a few days for it to complete. This happened to me when I was upgrading my WOL to HOTS digitally. |

Previously I face the same issue as you. My case was I install starter edition first and then upgrade to full version.
Blizzard support ask me to re download the game for the full version and uninstall the starter edition. Hope this can help you. |
