I just purchase HOS yesterday but when I log in it still display starter edition. I already log a ticket to Bliz, just wonder anyone here face same problem with me?

means get a full version of wol first,

I had this problem too. Just goto bnet and change your password, and it should be solved.

I tried even I also changed my email address but still cannot...

Did you pay using credit card ? if so look under transaction history under bnet account management. It should write there complete.

If the status is still pending, then you need to wait a few days for it to complete. This happened to me when I was upgrading my WOL to HOTS digitally.

I using paypal and it say completed...Bliz still not reply yet,I wanna play multiplayer...

Previously I face the same issue as you. My case was I install starter edition first and then upgrade to full version.
Blizzard support ask me to re download the game for the full version and uninstall the starter edition.
