i just bought E398 form this kairul from serdang.. study at upm..

E398 is workin fine till the next day..

no line the whole day..

ask to shop to repair.. he said this phone had at least go repair 3 times..

to repair the line need 100 bucks..

are you SURE it's the phone giving problem? or just the shop owner telling you false information?

how about bringing to another shop for 2nd opinion......

you could've at least maintain some manners over this matter.

if i were Kairul i'd probably think twice before contacting you.

do you think he knew the phone had problem? as you said it worked fine on 1st day - 2nd day only had problem.

and look at what airsun posted!! for all i know the seller could just be an honest person who's sold goods happen to spoil after sale. that doesn't make one a bad seller.

now how would you feel if YOU were the seller?
