Hi TS, One of my SF9812DSL seems to be faulty, which the phone line are not working (the power outlet side works fine). Wanna ask; 1. How do I check for lightning strike or voltage surge? It doesn't seem to have strong smell or burn marks. 2. How can I get service for repair/replacement? I saw that Perak area have Cal-Lab Associates, is it possible to go there for repair/service? 3.
