Hi, i'm finding a SM type surge protector. Well, my condition is below:

I'm building electronics myself (amplifier, etc), last time when I successfully get my amplifier to work, I turn off my toilet bulb (line fluctuation), then my amplifier also got fried.

Any suggestion for me ? Please offer me a range of products ^^
Please and Thank You !

Edit : I found about this another page of yours. http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/489172
Is it more suitable for me ?

what u means SM type protector? any sample product?

but very rare that light bulb or any low power consumption equipment will cause the voltage fluctuation...

Typical is this : http://www.brickwall.com/

Well.... its rare, but maybe the electrical setting in apartment is not good. It obvious voltage fluctuate when the bulb switches. Even few of my commercial amplifier also have some noise when it switches. (my amp normally too, but last time maybe just over the limit)

Edit : As i'm planning on getting NILI9920FcuHIFI, it 'should' filter those noise which is not AC main (240/230V 50Hz) ? I suppose it would help the situation i'm in ? Will it be immune to voltage fluctuation ?(like my case)

Well.... the fluctuation I have here is not big anyway (its not a big motor, big spotlight), so I suppose those will regard as small fluctuation, which appears as AC noise. (I'm not looking for voltage stabiliser anyway, that way off my chart.)

The noise i'm regarding is this as attachement. Its from "UNDERSTANDING, FINDING, & ELIMINATING GROUND LOOPS IN AUDIO & VIDEO SYSTEMS" from Bill Whitlock

Could I get the full spec of NILI9920FcuHIFI ? Some figure how much nosie it filter, what range of noise it filters, etc. Like to have more information about it,(something like testing certificate/procedure) as i'm more technical person ^^, sorry for those incovenient. Please and Thank You.

I'm honestly interested in CAL-LAC lightning isolator products. (hope it worth proud as MALAYSIA product)

I brought your Hi-fi version for clean suply ones, very good I have to say. No more sudden change in power will affect my audio. However, now I considering install a system in my house for computer (and possibly television system).

The question I wanted to ask is whether fiber optic is prone to lightning strike ? According to my own logic, fiber optic shouldn't need any protection, so my computer system only need normal type of cal-lab power extension, is that right ? *please correct me if i'm wrong*

As for my television, it uses satellite dish astro. But I suppose lightning wouldn't strike on mine ? (it is placed lower than my house roof)

What type of installation plan you would introduce to me ?

If I use powerline-networking, will it be filter or affected ? Something like this:

Not sure will I use it or not, but if I use fiber optice entertainment, the distance from my TV to router(aka desktop) will be far and separated by wall, it would be using that.
