Received IT Pack in good condition. A trader to recommend.

gkl83, the RED LED on one of the power sockets of the IT Pack, what does it mean? Is it showing that the lightning protection is working, or just simply turning on when we on the main switch?

Also, I got one idle (other brand) normal RJ-11 lightning surge protector. Can I use it together with the IT pack, so that it will have "two gates" protection? Perhaps "Wall RJ-11 socket" -> "normal RJ-11 surge protector" -> "Cal-Lab IT Pack RJ-11 port" -> Modem ?
