Hi,

I was looking for AVR+Surge Protection and I ended up here...

Need Voltage Regulator + Surge Protection + RJ45 Lightning Protection for my internet (My area often have voltage up and down, I can feel it..sometimes my light suddenly dimmed for 1 or 2 seconds.. and my computer hang when playing games)

My setups:
1 computer (usage around 600W when fully loaded)
1 monitor (130W when fully loaded)
1 computer (low power usage <100w)
1 home theater 5.1 speakers
1 home theater 2.0 speakers (Not necessarily need any protection for this cheap stuff )
1 internet modem (Network cable output for internet)
*1 RJ45 Phone input ( for internet)

What product you recommend? Because the link for reference doesn't load. And from the pictures available on this thread mostly I saw only have 1 power outlet... I will be needing more than that.

Yeah they are side by side.

2.Any other PC to PC networking which the PC/laptop located at other location/room and connected via LAN cable
No, its all within my bedroom (LAN Cable connected ALL) .., I don't share my internet with other people

3. Hence have any telephone / ADSL Splitter Filter nearby your setup?
Currently using Streamyx
Outside pole 1 land line > House > My bedroom > Splitter with arrestor + Phone > Belkin RJ45 protected > Modem > 2 PC and etc.



Edit: Protection for my Phone not really needed, because I only use it like once a month or less...lol..couldn't care less about it.


BTW, from all the info I read.. the CLLI protects equipment from lightning.. from RJ45(Land Line) ... does it protect from power outlet too? Because lightning may strike on different location. Does It have Voltage Regulator? I'm not good with these things

Have Voltage Regulator? Got Power Outlet Protection from spikes or lightning? Got land line protection from lightning? Protection from TNB Over Voltage?

2. SP9201DAF ... if MDSC0039 got land line protection then I don't need it I guess.. i seldom use my phone ..... but I will consider.


Is AVR still necessary? Or CLLI already provide everything exactly?
