I was bought your product previously:
134. Kohmizusawa - SF9512DSL-MS2+3 (COD on 11/10/08, Successful)

My SF9512DSL-MS2+3 have sacrified it self on the lightning on Wednesday's naughty lightning striked to my telephone line. I have indentified the telephone module was not working (no tone at all if plug through SF9512DSL-MS2+3, but work fine if bypass SF9512DSL-MS2+3). Luckily, other power cord still working as normal.

I tried to unscrew the 2 screw of telephone module, but unable to take the module out, I worry if I force it out will break the internal circuit. Is there any tricks to open the telephone module?

In this case, what is the process to get a replacement?
