Do you mean that when you buy a SF9812DSL there is already a spare SKPXDSL in there? where and how do you install the spare SKPXDSL? |

HELP! my SF9812 is going crazy. when my modem line is connected through it, the modem disconnect randomly. 2~3 time in one hours.
the TMnet tech ask me to bypass the SF9812 and the disconnection go away. Any one here have the same issue? Please advice. |

it connect direct from the telephone line. the ADSL filter are only install on my phone outlet, not on the line to the modem.
