there have quite number of possibilities...
either telephone cable issues, or SKPXDSL no plugged well (replug it by remove the telephone cover)

1. try without any filter still the same.
2. try replug the SKPXDSL still the same.
3. Try my using my spare SKPXDSL seems to help. able to online till know for 1 hours plus without disconnecting.

Will keep monitoringthe situation.

Well if really is the SKPXDSL fault does the warranty cover this kind of defect for SKPXDSL?

u can use a analog telephone plug on 9812 itself with the suspected faulty SKPXDSL...
check whether u can heard the normal dial tone from Telekom without any buzz noise at the back ground...

as believe cal-lab wont cover as warranty and as the lightning surge may damaged your SKPXDSL partially...

it very difficult to justify, surge may damage component...
if there have the defects, should realized it since the 1st week...

assuming you installed Cal-Lab 1 minutes ago, and lightning striked Cal-Lab after 1 minute and your equipments under working condition... we say that Cal-Lab failed to function after 1 minute usage and claim for 1 to 1 replacement, hence it working to protect your equipments even though u used it 1 minute, so we cant say that it was component defect...

is it working good with ur spare SKPXDSL? if u want to check ur suspected damaged SKPXDSL, u can plug a normal telephone onto it and check whether u can heard to dial tone without buzz background noise at all...
