Hi Gan, Adon here.

I would like to buy SKPX module for MLPX pro series, but I am not sure which model is correct for my PABX.

Basically I want to protect the Telekom trunk lines (analog hunting line) from damaging my PABX.

Which one should I buy?

SKPX-ARD? (got caller ID support?)
SKPX-DSL? (This is for streamyx right?)

Please help me confirm, thanks.

Hello Gan,
Please suggest solution for the typical Unifi setup as per diagram.
I just got a blowout from lighting, suspecting coming from my existing phone wiring
the damage as follow: TM Unifi modem (fiber optic line) --> Asus Router --> PC network card. Dect phone connected through internal house wiring from wall socket in Room 1 to another outlet located at Hall1.

Currently at Hall 1, TV+ Astro+ etc protected through SFTV9622FC.
I'm adding a pair of Home plug to the existing system.
Please advice on module to use on
1)box marked 1 to protect system DECT phone at modem side.
2 )box marked 2 to protect system at Data line at modem side.
3) Surge protection at power entry, currently I'm power the whole system through an APC UPS
unit which I considering of scraping as it was very old unit.
4) How about clean power for both home plug which I want to use for TM Hypp set-top TV located at Hall1.

Thanks.

Yes, UniFi is fibre.
TV is only used for Youtube streaming via wireless.

Only PC is connected to the modem router via LAN cable. Occasionally i will plug the PS4 LAN cable to the router too.
Printer is wireless. Laptop only use to surf net and plugged to the power point.
Noted about the vacuum. Do you mean that if i want to use the vacuum cleaner, i have to unplug everything else at the power point?

(Power Point 1)
From telephone pole (Fiber optic) -> UniFi BTU unit -> Router -> PC (Ethernet Cable)
From telephone pole (Fiber optic) -> UniFi BTU unit -> Router -> PS4 (Ethernet Cable)
From telephone pole (Fiber optic) -> UniFi BTU unit -> Dect Telephone (Connected to BTU unit through a RJ45 cable and need a power plug)
Please note that all three fibre optic mentioned above is the same point.

Power Point 1 will be connected to UniFi BTU unit, router, dect phone (phone no. 1), TV, PC and PS4.

(Power Point 2)
From telephone pole (telephone line) -> Dect Telephone (need a power plug, struck by lightning once this January)

Power Point 2 will be connected up to three laptops, dect telephone (phone no. 2) and Printer.

Hall 1: TRM-PLC-2+DSL+DFA BU+PE

Gan,
For two days I try to remember Cal-lab product code till my head go burst bangwall.gif
all pictures on Cal-lab webpage was so blur even trying to read and make sense out of it was rclxub.gif ranting.gif

can you enlighten me to the following

1) TRM-PLC-3 BU+PE and TRM-EP-2 +2-FTM (for DECT & LAN protection)
PLC-3-- Power Line Communication or C[B]lean 3???
BU--base unit
PE -- stack-able
EP-2 ???
2-FTM ???

2) TRM-PLC-2+DSL+DFA BU+PE

DSL -- for ADSL phone line? which I'm not using?
DFA -- ???

For Room 1 unit, do you have one that have TWO IEC outlet socket ? so I can hook-up TWO 4 outlet power-strip
What about my existing SFTS9622FC unit? Do I separate the home plug unit to only be protected by TRM-PLC-2+DSL+DFA BU+PE??

If you can show some clearer detail pictures of the all recommended components would be much appreciated
and pls. PM best price.

u can use vacuum cleaner but without connect on Cal-Lab as the equipment itself may overload Cal-Lab depending on the load.

Power Point 1: TRM-NIF-3 BU+PE with TRM-EP-UK2+US1 (6 socket) or MDSC0039 (1 socket)

Power Point 2: TRM-NIF-3 BU+PE with TRM-EP-2 +2-FTM (5 socket with tel cable protection)

PLC for Power Line Communication
BU is base units
PE is stackable for more expansion modules
EP is expansion modules
2+2 FTM is 2 power socket + another 2 "feed thru module" (tel, lan, satelite, aerial, etc)

DSL for ADSL modem
DFA is ADSL splitter filter.

Cal-Lab dont have the models of IEC POWER OUTPUT yet, but u may consider to hook the power strip via UK plug instead.
Cal-Lab only support IEC POWER INPUT which comply the data center grade by use C14 plug only.
user posted image

The existing 9622 not supported PLC or homeplug, u have connect homeplug on the PLC series models.
