But really you're very lucky already, but must balance between mods and studies. I am also 16 currently and my parents don't even let me touch all those stuff even though i've been following pc parts for years and keep telling them...they ignore me wit a answer wait you earn money then buy la.

So i say maybe work on study to proof that you're capable of handling studies and mods

but at least you're still able to play with mods, just that you have to get good grades (well average is actually very good if you're in a fking good class which no one ever talk about computer just plain study =.=)
