I just booked the unit (929sqf) today (Service Apartment). Heard it is the last unit, at least it is a 8th floor. Not sure consider lucky but i have good faith on Cyberjaya,especially for the next 5 years to come. Btw, i have been working in Cyberjaya for the last 5 years. From the 1st time i came for interview, i remembered saying to myself, this is like a Resident Evil town....now, have to look to the left, right and left before crossing the road.

Thanks,ryokouse. To date, IMHO.. the SkyPark's design is the most impressive one in Cyberjaya. I hope no new upcoming projects in Cyberjaya that will have the same 'grand' feeling to overtook its place.

Initially, the purpose of me buying this unit is for investment. Now, the more i think about it, the more i feel want to stay in there. Hence, suddenly, 5 years seems long.

May i check with you regarding the security and the gym access in SkyPark for resident ? I am aware that I have to pay for the season parking, but i must admit that i missed out 2 important points, if i were to stay there.

How many Tier of security in order to reach my own unit and do i have to pay for the gym (or this is covered under the maintenance fee) ?

Thanks for the info. I guess this is the reason that SkyPark is charging low maintenance fee compared to over properties in CBJ.
