i jz came back from there .. and i have been told that i need to pay 5% of the down payment for that service apartment...but u mentioned it is zero downpayment, can i know why there is a diff info here ya??

I just booked the unit (929sqf) today (Service Apartment). Heard it is the last unit, at least it is a 8th floor. Not sure consider lucky but i have good faith on Cyberjaya,especially for the next 5 years to come. Btw, i have been working in Cyberjaya for the last 5 years. From the 1st time i came for interview, i remembered saying to myself, this is like a Resident Evil town....now, have to look to the left, right and left before crossing the road.

yes indeed CyberJaya has experienced significant change during these 5 years and expected to be better.
the number of workforce and education sector is what forming CyberJaya potential.
i also like the idea of MSC status city, also can get out of the super sickening jam in CyberJaya

Thanks,ryokouse. To date, IMHO.. the SkyPark's design is the most impressive one in Cyberjaya. I hope no new upcoming projects in Cyberjaya that will have the same 'grand' feeling to overtook its place.

Initially, the purpose of me buying this unit is for investment. Now, the more i think about it, the more i feel want to stay in there. Hence, suddenly, 5 years seems long.

5 years construction period is reasonable if you looking at this mega project actually.
ha ha some of our customers having the same thought too, initially they wanted it for investment but after that they started thinking getting it for their own stay.
who doesn't want to stay in the most iconic building in CyberJaya?

May i check with you regarding the security and the gym access in SkyPark for resident ? I am aware that I have to pay for the season parking, but i must admit that i missed out 2 important points, if i were to stay there.

How many Tier of security in order to reach my own unit and do i have to pay for the gym (or this is covered under the maintenance fee) ?
