Hi all,

I'm announcing this because i have no choice and 'no reponse' have lead me into doing this for the benefit of others.

I purchased Laneige sleeping pack limited edition from a deal (i do not remember which company) but it is through JLS Performance Marketing in Nov 2012

This limited edition pack is 2011 product (says below the can) and has a weird smell when use. Not knowing (because i have not tried it before) i continue using it until recently. When i was about to use it, i saw some whitish fluffy stuffs at one corner of the cream. (I only used it less than 10 times okay!!) I was confused and i brought the product to a Laneige counter.

The sales girl mentioned that this is a 2011 product and usually we do not sell it (if possible products have to be used in a 1 year). And she gave a discusting look at the mold.

i emailed JLS asking for an explaination - checked with their so called manager and they agreed to give me a 50ml as compensation.
I replied saying that i do not want anymore products from your company. This is my face we are talking about!! I also mentioned that the smell is different. JLS said limited edition packs have different smell!!! (what nonsense) So then i checked with another Laneige counter girl..she said no such thing.

I asked for refund and they said it has to be done within 3 days!! they called me speaking in mandarin, and i understand nuts. Asked for an english speaking staff and he said he will call me back. Till today, no phone calls, no emails and worse the number is not in service.

I do not know what to do now but to educate all of you on this. DO NOT BUY ANY FACIAL PRODUCTS FROM ANY DEALS!!

I do not remember and couldn't retrieve my emails on the deal.

But notice many deal companies have link with JLS as supplier...so beware.

i noticed i bought this deal also and I havent open it!..sigh....hopefully it wont turn out like this.

Better buy skincare from authorised counters at shopping malls...its your face dear....
