does anyone knows about this company call Randstad? pls share

Their are multinational human resource consulting firm.

Ranstad is Dutch company. Recruitment of all types, contract, pemanent, Msia operation is headed by a lady boss, company is based in Menara Weld, Jln Raja Chulan.

Hi all,

Something to share with you all about Ranstad. Recently they have change their entity to another name, not sure if they are still related to Ranstad from Netherland.

If you are thinking of accepting or taking up the contract job with Ranstad please think twice.

Problem occurred to me are as stated below.
1. They ALWAYS calculate wrongly according to the time sheet given/fill by us. When you give a call to their Consultant who are handling the contract with you, they will give reason like " HEY I HAVE SO MANY CONTRACTS TO HANDLE U KNOW? " as if you are not important once those consultant got their commission.

2. They ALWAYS pay late. As promised before 7th of every month, usually pay after that.

3. Consultant who always procrastinate on the task given by my company.

4. If you take on medical leave, the medical card they provided you are prolly the cheapest medical card you ever see. You need to pay RM5 for every visit and claim for it. Yes sometimes you can't even claim for it as their consultant thinks it's such as hassle to do all the documentation to claim. In short, the consultant are freaking lazy.

Everything are based on my experience with them. Personally had dealt with 2 different consultant.
