Greetings frm Hanoi, I have a diff opinion tho. I prefer dr100 and auto ISO 6400 max 1/100 min. Reason being. With auto dr, it adds 1 more element to the triangle, and very hard to mingle especially if shoot at manual.

QUOTE(ilineZ @ May 7 2013, 01:08 AM) dilema: x10/20 is good if u just want a more advanced point and shoot with optical viewfinder. i want a just nice camera with 2k budget like x10/x20 but so tempted to go for higher censor; i.e. x100 but everybody give bad feedback bout UI. and i dont want to bother myself with slow speed and complicated setting which will end up missing the object.. so x100s is the answer ! yeay.. ...but.... with x100s budget, i can get pretty good DSLR like 60D plus replaceable lens.. duno which one to choose x100 and x100s if u do have some basic in photography and fine with fix focal length. x100s focus speed is matchable with dslr, but think very hard there, its fix focal length. Unless u have the Zen thinking like me who see things only in 35mm if ur advance user, I welcome u to join the Fuji revolution. btw x20 is a good alternative to revolt. |

QUOTE(FrostLance @ May 11 2013, 03:35 PM) 1 year with the x100 can teach you a lot.. i use manual focus most of the time and focus using the AEL button. To focus on moving subjects you have to think abit to the future.. expect where your subject is moving and will be, focus ahead, and wait for the subject to come into focus. very true |

QUOTE(CreamMilk @ May 12 2013, 02:11 PM) great set! Like it alot Thanksall taken by x100s? wondering you put it on "Auto" or manual all the way? All auto, i seldom use manual unless i want to do zone focusing. Actually not so much on decisive moment, its just luck that somehow the fella pee at the roadside and camera in hand ready to snap anytime. |

QUOTE(capricorn81 @ May 14 2013, 10:52 PM) Any idea where can I play with x100s display set? Today I went around mid valley & none of them had display unit. Not even Harvey Norman. All were reluctant to open a new set Get someone who owned it to let you tryThis post has been edited by hidden830726: May 15 2013, 05:58 AM |
