 celeron M create more heat?, or pentium M?

Does notebook with Celeron M creates more heat if compared to Pentium M?

if u r comparing both for full load usage, pentium M will create more heat, as larger L2 cache;

if u compare them with minimal usage like typing, surfing etc which doesnt burden processor too much, celeron M will be hotter, as pentium m is running intel speed step, means lower down the proc speed to save battery thus less heat, which celeron m doesnt hv this features, it's running at full speed all the time wink.gif
