hello..i wanna ask how to setting fixed ip unifi for ASUS RT-N66U?....

unifi give me fixed is

CODE
175.143.103.57
255.255.255.252


if unifi setting for router d-link is

IP Unnumbered Address : 175.143.103.58
IP Unnumbered Netmask : 255.255.255.252
LAN Start IP : 175.143.103.57
LAN End IP : 175.143.103.57


rite?

but for ASUS RT-N66U....how to setting it? in lan setting or wan setting? can u guide me? thank you so much if provide with picture....tq

if i'm not wrong you can just set it as though you have dynamic ip. when you are connected to the net, Telekom will automatically assign that ip address to you.

You can cross check by going to whatismyip.com

Revealing your IP address publicly usually isn't a good idea.

Anyway if the modem (the one initiate the dial process) is already setup, you can simply set your router to connect dynamic address to gain access to the internet with the static address as public address ofcuz

dude... u seriously should not broadcast ur public ip here... and further more... i can access to your cctv with default password... i can see ur 2 cctv cameras there....

please protect urself...

The fixed IP address should b configured in WAN connection. I'm not sure about Unifi, but you should be using PPOA if you have fixed IP address.

maybe you try post this question to Asus representative @Broadband Users-2 User. they might have a solution. or else they forward your problem to their Asus RnD team.

I just setup this yesterday on Unifi Biz 10 and it works.

I guess what is wrong here is the you had set the IP Address and Default Gateway the other way around.

Try to switch the IP Address and Default Gateway and it should be working.
