Hey pro divers!, i got a question to ask.

Just wondering any basic watch to recommend for diving? just to keep track of time only, no budget for dive comp.
Normal Casio G-shock 100m or 200m WR can use for diving?

I got a Casio Edifice Analog daily watch, but saw the manual said "cannot use for diving" although saying that WR 100M, dont dare to bring down water test... hahaha.

A dude at the Bangsar community pool told me it's ok to fin during quiet hours, but I haven't tried it yet.

Just back from perhentian last sunday. Dive with turtle bay divers, pretty new equipment, friendly DM, omfg nice underwater scenery. The last dive brought us to the police wreck dive site. 3 police patrol boat purposely sunk there last year for the sake of making one more diving spot, sandy bottom, not much fish, mostmostly juvenile fishes.

LOLx, omg, now am really thinking to buy everything after reading ur comments. LOL

btw, can list down the top 3 shop to buy diving equipment, some of the shop listed at 1st page might be selling more on package and course.

I went to shop below:

Scuba Dynamic (Desa Sri Hartamas, KL) Good service, yet will pay another visit.
Olympia Air & Scuba Adventures (USJ Taipan) Price high, didnt even bother to try to nego.
Scubatex (USJ 1) Good pricing, but stock limited, waiting for them to restock.
Diver Den (PJ) Closed, the guy asked us to go back at Monday. ==
Seamonkey (PJ Palm Sport) More on travel packages and courses.

No nees to buy all la.
At least u have to buy a mask, a fin, a rashguard and a basic dive comp and u are good to go.

And u can go rainbow runner to get most of the Mares stuff.
