where do you take ur OW course? and with which organization?

aw too bad you have bad experience on your first OW. Instructor shouldn't be scolding, they should teach you patiently as OW course is a beginner course..

but you should try diving again, just try for fun dive. and maybe if can, join us for our next trip. there are lot's of sifu that can mentor/help 

Yahh... i was tense especially when instructor always scold me not to do that, not to do this.
can't blamed him, coz it's all about safety. i understand that
almost drowned during mask take off clearing skill test.

i feel you friend, mask take off and reg recovery are the hardest set of skills!! haha. Looking forward for more dives to get comfortable UW.

During my last few OWD also I surfaced with 20 and 30 barr respectively...... It was due to my poor bouyency... quite high from the sea bed thus more currents against me causing me to use more energy..... I carry 5 peices of LEAD still damn slow to descend.... you can imagine how I look in real life 

Wanted to ask since different locations have different densities... how to render myself neutrally bouyent besides doing the fin pivot (cause honestly I don't see anyone doing it).. is there a short cut to get the ideal weights on my weight belt....

Yeah don't worry, I was only OW-certified for 2 weeks when I joined for the first TT

On second thought maybe I should hold on to my money. I just realized that most fins on the market are unbeliavebllllllllllllllyyy expensive.... (sucks to be poor)

BTW any events such as TT or group dive I wont be going after my SPM...though will still go for MIDE so see u guys there then.
